The third addition of Elk Ridge development is now available in Northwest Bismarck. The new addition consists of nearly 70 single-family and twin-home lots, and slated for completion in 2024. Almost 50% of these single-family lots are backyard abutting to the Tyler Coulee trail network, with abundant nature and recreational opportunity. This much anticipated neighborhood expansion comes with less 20% of lots remaining in our Elk Ridge second addition, which was a 100 single-family and twin-home design, and being completely sold out in the first addition of Elk Ridge. The entire Elk Ridge development will be the largest development in Northwest Bismarck, covering more than 600 acres near Tyler Coulee.
The new addition, located approximately one mile west of Horizon Middle School, and consists of almost 70 residential lots. The nearby amenities of city living conveniences paired with natures beauty just out your back door makes it really unique living experience.
