The construction of Northwest Bismarck’s first-ever community pool has begun. Located in The Meadows at Hawktree residential development, the project includes a 24 by 48 feet in-ground pool and a clubhouse amenity. The entire project is slated for completion in the fall of 2021.
The pool and amenities will be available to households within The Meadows at Hawktree, a neighborhood made of 28 single-family lots located adjacent to Hawktree Golf Course.
“Bismarck-Mandan families enjoy being around the water during the summer months,” says Gerry Rudnick, Developer of the project and owner of Rudnick Construction. “The addition of this community pool will create more opportunities for families and neighbors to gather and be together for years to come.”

In addition to the pool and clubhouse, the project also includes an outdoor cooking station, an island preparation area, dining tables and poolside seating.
