Elk Ridge is northwest Bismarck’s newest development. The development features stunning views of Tyler Coulee, open grass areas and is within close proximity to a number of shops and amenities that continue to open in North Bismarck.

The first addition of Elk Ridge includes a 5+ acre park with Bismarck’s first outdoor pickleball complex. The park will also include an outdoor playground, open play space and a shelter with bathrooms.

Elk Ridge 1st Addition is the first addition in the 600+ acre Elk Ridge Development. The entire development is currently undergoing a full Master Plan to include walking trails, additional parks and green
